RETURNS & EXCHANGE: Customer is responsible for all stop and dispute credit card charges unless it is an error from the merchant. Customer will be charged a $40.00 processing fee plus a collection fee. Customer will have to send back the item (for any reason: error, wrong merchandise, damage) by calling for a RMA # before any action can be taken. We do not accept returns on any custom order of moldings, frames, all mats (whether custom or standard), plexi acrylic furniture, and Zbar/carpet hanger cut sizes less than 72", unless the product was damaged during shipping. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Authorization for credit or the return of a defective or incorrectly shipped product must be phoned, faxed or written in to CARINA PICTURE FRAME INC. Service/sales dept. Within 15 days of receiving of merchandise. Please specify your invoice # when contacting. All items returned must be in the item's original box or the return will not be accepted. Any damage during the return of an item is the customer's responsibility.customer responsible for all collection fee .
DAMAGE: Report a damaged package if your package was damaged in transit. If the damage is confirmed by UPS, the shipper can file a claim for a repair or replacement of the package contents up to the declared value. You must email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) Once you receive the RMA #, you may send the product back to us at your expense (You are Not Authorized to use our shipping #). We will send you a replacement at our expense. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 15 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEE POLICY: Due to the heavy weight of products, we ship by UPS, DHL, and USPS. All products are 100% insured by UPS and DHL, Base Shipping and processing cost is calculated at $7.99 for CA and $8.99 for all other states. The processing fee is already included in shipping price on the invoice. If there is an error on the shipping address or phone number the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. For all heavy and over sized items, shipping will be recalculated at the time of shipping and we will add or deduct the shipping charge.
